Quality Control System

• Incoming raw materials are inspected and sorted prior to processing.
• In-process monitoring is carried out at defined production stages.
• Final products are tested before packing and dispatch.

Testing & Standards

Product testing is conducted in accordance with internationally recognized standards, including ASTM and ISO methods, depending on customer requirements. Typical tests include:

• Mooney viscosity (ML 1+4 @ 100°C)
• Ash content
• Volatile matter
• Density / specific gravity
• Visual and physical inspection

Batch Consistency

Each production batch is controlled to meet defined specification ranges. Batch-to-batch consistency is maintained through standardized operating parameters and continuous monitoring.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

All key production and quality steps are governed by internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), covering raw material handling, processing conditions, testing frequency, and corrective actions.
